Age of Wonders III + Elven Resurgence

Age of Wonders III is the fourth installment of enjoying a quite famous turn-based strategy series by Dutch studio Triumph. Work on the game lasted over three years, and developers financially supported by one of the biggest fans of the series Age of Wonders - Markus Persson, creator of Minecraft. Action Age of Wonders III again takes players to a fantasy world, where different races and groups vying for dominance. Main campaign allows players to take the side of one of the two warring factions - the Empire of the Community or the Court of the High Elves, created after the unification of dark and forest elves. In the story a big role plays several popular characters from the cycle, including Merlin.

The gameplay in Age of Wonders III combines elements of strategy and role-playing game. Players explore a sizable maps, discover new locations, meet NPCs and roll exciting battle. At the same time direct the development of his kingdom, including the transformation of the area and make the climate in terms of the needs of the chosen nation. Developers took care of the multitude of races and cultures, which can lead to a fantastic world. Starting the game we choose to represent our leader. Available ruler represent the typical archetypes classes of roleplaying games, such as a priest, warrior, mage or scout. Each monarch has its own unique abilities and units. At the same time the campaign starts as a neutral figure, and only our own decisions and governance will determine whether we remain in this position, or turn to the side of good or evil.
