Story

Once, the Empire built the legendary Steelpolis, a colossal train symbolizing power and dominance. Now, the Empire is in decline, its treasury empty and lands fractured. To restore its glory, the Emperor revives the abandoned project, and you are appointed as the mayor of this reborn city on rails. Your decisions will determine whether the Empire rises again or collapses into ruin.
