Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution

Shantae is back in a 2D side-scrolling action-adventure game 20 years in the making! The nefarious pirate Risky Boots has a "groundbreaking" new plan to plunder Sequin Land by rotating the continent. As Shantae, take control of the land itself, shifting and twisting multilayered levels to navigate, explore, and battle your way through scrambled landscapes.

Gameplay

Shantae offers fast-paced 2D platforming action with a unique twist—literally. Players can rotate the game world to create new paths, solve puzzles, and uncover secrets. Use Shantae's signature hair-whipping attacks, magic items, and belly-dance transformations to defeat enemies and traverse diverse environments. The game also introduces a 4-player versus mode, adding competitive fun to the adventure.

Story

Risky Boots, the notorious pirate, has devised a devious plan to rotate Sequin Land, bringing towns to the coast for easy plundering. As the half-genie hero Shantae, you must stop Risky by mastering the power to shift the land itself. Along the way, you'll explore crypts, labyrinths, and misplaced towns while reuniting with familiar faces like Rottytops, Sky, and Bolo.
