Star Wars The Old Republic (aka. SWTOR) is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) created by BioWare. Choose your side, be a Jedi or a Sith, fight powerful enemies and live in the world of Star Wars. 

The story of Star Wars The Old Republic takes place shortly after the establishment of a tenuous peace between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic (the Treaty of Coruscant), 300 years after the events of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games, and more than 3,500 years before the Star Wars movies. Each player will witness an epic story that spans over many planets and involves hundreds of characters. 

Star Wars The Old Republic lets you create your own team and take part in an epic Star Wars battles. Players join the game as members of either of the two main factions – the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. They can choose one of eight classes and thanks to a meticulously written storyline and dialogue options each player will be able to craft their character's destiny and decide which side of the Force to choose. Dark sided Jedi? Why not! During adventures, you'll meet many famous characters and visit places from the Star Wars universe.
