The Railroader video game is set in transition era Appalachia, North America. This complex, operations-focused simulator allows its players to design, build, manage and operate multiple vintage trains, with various transition era steam and early diesel power locomotives and appropriate rolling stock to choose from.

The main focus of the game is railroad management, with features such as railroad construction and running the operations as smoothly as possible being the most important part of the gameplay. Switching freight cars, moving passengers, configuring the signalling systems, and keeping the fragile cargo safe throughout its entire travel to its destination - these will become your daily duties in Railroader! Put your management and strategic skills to the test and once you succeed, you can expand and upgrade your precious railroad, purchase new locomotives and cars, and more!
