Tibia Recovery Key

A Recovery Key is a combination of numbers and letters that is attributed to your account after you register your account.

If you need a new recovery key, you can order it here.

Please note that the letter for the new recovery key can only be sent to the address provided in the Tibia.com account registration.

Key features:

In order to redeem the key:

1. Go to the Lost Account Interface or click here.


2. Insert your Account name or name of one of the characters on the account, and submit the form.


3. Select "I need a new recovery key", and submit.


4. Select: "I have already purchased a game code for a new recovery key", and submit.


5. Continue.


6. Enter the Key that you bought and submit.
