Prison Simulator

Prison Simulator is a new simulation video game created by the Polish developer - Baked Games. In the game, players will have a chance to step into the shoes of a prison guard and learn something about life among dangerous convicts. As it befits a simulator game, it focuses on realistic gameplay and mechanics - the developers put a lot of effort to show the reality within the walls of the penitentiary. The game features two game modes - a single-player campaign mode, and a sandbox free-play mode, without any limitations or specific tasks.

Gameplay mechanics

The player takes on the role of a security guard in a correctional facility somewhere in Nebraska. What is important, you are one month away from your promotion, and in order to get it, you must find the balance between satisfying your supervisors and prisoners. Every day is a new challenge - each day of the month players will have to fulfill different, increasingly more difficult, and complex tasks. It's worth mentioning that it is worth to maintain good relations with both, your superiors, and the convicts.

From time to time, players can turn a blind eye to some prisoners as they might help you one day as well. During the gameplay players will be occupied by many duties, starting from simple patrols, searching prison cells, confiscating dangerous objects, accepting new prisoners riots control, ending on performing executions. The gameplay offers almost full freedom while performing ordered tasks, however, it's worth remembering that each action may have its effect on our relations with convicts or the superior. Unacceptable behavior and excessive indulgence towards inmates can get you fired, while bad relations with prisoners will make your job significantly more difficult and dangerous
