Syberia: The World Before

The story of Syberia: The World Before will take you on an adventure in both the distant and recent past. In the year 1937, you'll meet Dana Roze, a young brilliant pianist whose world begins to darken because of the rising fascist threat and the dawning of the second world war. In 2004, you'll meet a familiar face. Kate Walker will embark on a quest to find her identity after a tragic event. Mysteries and wonders await you in both girls' stories full of adventure, drama and great characters.

Syberia: The World Before is representative of point and click adventure genre. Your main objectives are exploration and solving puzzles to progress through the story. The gameplay is rather slow and requires keen observation and logic rather than quick reflexes. The puzzles and riddles you'll encounter are true to the spirit of the Syberia franchise and can provide quite a challenge. They're not easy, but that makes them even more satisfying to solve.

Beautiful sights and sounds

The world created by Benoît Sokal is more beautiful than ever thanks to the amazing modern graphics. The game looks stunning, and each location is full of atmosphere and character.

The sound design is also of excellent quality. The music has been composed by none other than Inon Zur who's known for soundtracks from games such as Syberia 3, Fallout, Dragon Age and Prince of Persia.
