Gameplay

The Lighteaters DLC introduces a fresh Skirmish experience with a focus on strategic depth. Players command the Lighteaters, utilizing their unique abilities to manipulate life force (Hymn) through healing and self-damaging mechanics. The Nexus capital serves as their stronghold, allowing instant teleportation for recruitment or retreat via the Nexus Recall strategy card. The Nexus Gateway building upgrade further enhances their mobility and tactical options. Engage in battles with new hero classes, units, and battle cards designed to challenge both allies and foes.

Story

The Lighteaters are cursed beings, punished for defying the Celestial Gods. Stuck in an eternal limbo, they crave the Hymn—the essence of life—to sustain their existence. Ancient Lighteaters and Gluttons lead this faction, each with their own tragic past and insatiable hunger. Their Nexus capital stands as a monument to their suffering, a place where they gather to feed and expand their influence across the world.
