Story

The story of Supreme Commander 2 is set after the events of the previous game. The President of the Coalition is assassinated which leads to the breakup of the members. The plot is much more character-driven instead of politics and large-scale conflicts. The three storylines will allow you to peer into the perspective of the three major factions and bond with the characters representing them.

Gameplay

The core gameplay of Supreme Commander 2 is typical of the RTS genre. You mine resources, build new structures to recruit new units and research technologies to defeat your opponent. What sets Supreme Commander 2 apart is its scale. You’ll be commanding armies of hundreds of units, each customized by you! The game offers an incredible number of options as all three factions, The United Earth Federation, the Cyberian Nation and the Illuminate are unique in their way.

Create experimental units that can change the outcome of the battle and upgrade them through scientific research. Thanks to the newly added ability to summon new units instantly on the battlefield and the newly redesigned and more transparent UI controlling your army and base is more seamless and easier.
