Story

Events take a turn for the worse when 10 billion yen vanishes from the vault of the Tojo Clan, Kiryu's former yakuza family, igniting a war in the red-light district of Kamurocho. Together with a mysterious girl named Haruka, Kiryu must fight to survive and uncover the truth hidden amidst the chaos surrounding them.

If you’re looking for a great starting point in the Yakuza series, Yakuza Kiwami is the way to go. It’s a remake of the original game, but it feels so much more than that, with updated graphics, smoother combat, and extra content. You play as Kazuma Kiryu, a former yakuza trying to navigate a world of loyalty, betrayal, and redemption in the vibrant streets of Kamurocho. The story is gripping, but there’s also a ton of fun side activities like karaoke and mini-games. Plus, the “Majima Everywhere” feature keeps things fresh and exciting. It’s emotional, action-packed, and absolutely worth your time!
