Survive the Nights

A realistic aspect of survival

Survive the Nights is not a survival game only in the context of the name but also from the perspective of the gameplay. You are one of a few survivors of the zombie apocalypse. Together with other players, you were thrown on the relatively big island (more than 100 square kilometers). The island has more than 400 buildings. You can visit each one of them, fortify it and prepare yourself for a battle with zombies. However, it is not going to be enough. You also need to take care of food (the character needs to eat sufficient amount of calories), temperature, fire, health, electricity and even your moral compass. Yes, if you're going to kill innocent survivor for your own gains, then the character might get mentally broken because of that. Each action is important. For example, in order to lower the chance of getting sick or food poisoning you have to cook both meat and water.

Day and night cycle

In order to survive in Survive the Nights you have to fully understand the day and night cycle. During the day, zombies are quite docile. Hence you have time, to prepare yourself. Gather resources, food, fortify your base etc. When the night comes, then the real test starts. Zombies are going to attack your home. If you are not prepared, then you'll die.

Join your forces with other players

In the game, you can join your forces with other players. Which sooner or later you're going to have to do. It is hard to survive on your own in this harsh environment. Other players might betray you for their own gain. Hence, you have to constantly watch your book. After all, you're in the world after the apocalypse. Enemies are going to use your moment of doubt.

Seasons cycle

One of the important aspects of the Survive the Nights gameplay is the seasons cycle. Unfortunately for you, the island has different seasons. During the summer you can, for example, farm crops etc. However, winter is going to be deadly for you. Resources and food are going to be a rare luxury. Besides, during winter you have to take care of the temperature of your own body. Even a cold might be deadly for you. After all, antibiotics and hospitals do not exist anymore. You have to take care of yourself. Think you can handle this harsh world?
