While Chained Together can be played in a single-player mode, the game was designed with a one-of-a-kind multiplayer experience in mind. Team up with your friends via online co-op or use the local co-op multiplayer feature - the game adapts to fit the number of players, allowing up to four of them to play together at the same time. Climb as high as possible in this unique puzzle platformer requiring perfect coordination and communication within the party!

The game features three difficulty modes letting its players experience Chained Together in a less or more challenging way. Beginner mode allows the players to teleport back to the highest point reached before a significant fall, normal mode provides neither help nor hindrance during the climb, and lava mode requires players to move quickly before the scorchingly hot lava starts engulfing them. Experienced climbers will surely enjoy the leaderboard feature of the game, granting them an opportunity to compare and beat completion times across different player configurations.
