Plot

The plot of Dead by Daylight Ash vs Evil Dead revolves around the title character, the main protagonist of the Evil Dead series, who finds himself drawn into the sinister realm of the Entity. As a survivor, Ash must face horrific supernatural creatures and collaborate with others to outwit and escape the relentless killer. Throughout the game, he relies on his wit, strength, and experience battling the forces of darkness to aid his fellows and endure the harrowing trials set forth by the Entity.

Gameplay

The gameplay remains true to the original Dead by Daylight concept while incorporating elements from the Evil Dead universe. As Ash, players can enjoy a unique set of perks exclusive to this character. These perks include "Flip-Flop," which allows the player to convert a portion of their recovery progress into wiggle progress when being carried by the killer; "Buckle Up," which helps to track the killer's movements when they are carrying a downed survivor; and "Mettle of Man," which provides the protagonist with an extra hit of endurance after receiving a certain amount of damage.

Aside from Ash's perks, Chapter 11.5 of Dead by Daylight introduces a new map inspired by the iconic cabin from the Evil Dead series, further immersing players in the horror and suspense of the game. Moreover, the expansion features various cosmetics inspired by the ED franchise, such as Ash's signature chainsaw hand and classic outfits, allowing players to personalize their Ash DBD experience.
