Reign of Blood Effects Pack is a Total War Three Kingdoms DLC, adding the blood slider to the game's options and bringing a whole set of violent gore effects, animations and finishing moves into the Campaign and the Battle. Please remember that installing this effects pack results in raise of the game's age rating, and for that reason, it is made to be used by mature players only.

- Human dismemberment: limb-lops and beheadings
- Equine dismemberment: leg lops

- Blood sprays on weapon impacts
- New death animations for characters vs infantry
- Dead bodies as battlefield set-dressing
