Forza Horizon 6 launches on May 19, 2026 for Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Xbox app/Microsoft Store and Steam. Plan for a very large install. Current pre-load reporting shows the active pre-install at about 134.86 GB on Xbox and 146.4 GB on PC, while earlier Xbox app estimates showed roughly 144 GB on Xbox Series X|S and 156 GB on PC. Because launch builds and platform compression can change, the safest recommendation is to keep at least 150–160 GB free, especially on PC.
