About Hover X Souls
- You are X-17 a hover shield combat class robot. Fly, fight, and avoid obstacles to collect precious souls, all while blocking to increase your multiplier. With your flying side kick Icarux in the background, go as far as you can, but be wary that the rain intensity affects how long Icarux can fly with you. Use the collected dark oil from Icarux to upgrade your back pod back at base. Increase your stats with souls to help with the mounting challenges.
The Hover Shield Combat system can be used to hover, and block based on its orientation to X-17. It is also your main way of transportation through the dark highway, so mastering it is key in being able to reach outpost in a timely manner. Initiate slow motion to make harrowing moments more achievable, while also staying in it long enough to summon your sniper class weapon to bomb enemies. Keep an eye out for cracks in the far distance, as those can also be blown up.
From your base keep track of Outposts under attack and go to the specific zone they are located at. Strategically spend time on trying to collect as much souls as possible, while also taking the time to provide help to bases with your sniper class weapon. Whatever your decision the base will either survive or be destroyed. Be wary of losing high level outpost that provide much better trading options than a newly created one. You are the overseer of Planet Downpour. Unleash your potential to master this planet.
Once you have mastered this planet, loop through it as many times as you want as the difficulty climbs staggeringly.
