Users may select between a guided Daily Workout routine or opt for a Free Training session, where exercises, music and duration are fully customizable. The system includes innovative modes such as Mitt Drills, in which virtual instructors hold gloves for players to punch in relaxed timing, and Sit Fit Boxing, allowing seated participation for lighter intensity or accessibility. Six fully voiced virtual instructors—four returning and two new—can be personalized in appearance via unlockable outfits and accessories earned through consistent engagement. A local two‑player option permits shared Joy‑Con use for paired sessions. Music consists of 30 new instrumental tracks, some inspired by popular melodies, to support rhythm‑based punching without vocal interference.
