The "Alpha-Site" area in Tokyo has been infected by "Alpha-worms"; bodies and machines have mutated into bloodthirsty monsters. After the latest infection in 2015, the entire area around Tokyo has been placed under quarantine.

The player assumes the role of the modern Ninja, Ken, who must save Tokyo from destruction by the genetically engineered monsters. Besides the stunning graphics, the balanced mix of traditional martial arts, modern weapons and typical Ninja special abilities, it is the non-stop action that really draws the player into the thrilling events in the first seconds.
