About this course:

This course covers three essential topics under the management umbrella: The golden thread of objectives, measuringperformance, and managing performance.

First you will learn a systematic method for connecting your organisational vision with day to day task levelobjectives, a critical aspect in driving motivation and commitment in teams and individuals.
