The story takes place after the events of Survival Guide 1, where a zombie virus outbreak occurs. The protagonist, Xu Haiyang, along with other survivors, successfully escapes from the mall but unfortunately gets into a car accident while fleeing. When Xu Haiyang regains consciousness, he finds himself in a gloomy hospital, thus beginning a new story.
