Physical Shell Gift Card:
- At the Pump: When you’re at a Shell station, simply present your physical gift card to the cashier while paying for fuel. They’ll swipe or scan the card, and the value will be deducted from your purchase.
- In-Store: If you’re picking up snacks, drinks, or other items at a Shell convenience store, show your gift card during checkout. The cashier will process it, and you’ll enjoy the benefits.
Shell eGift Card:
- Via the Shell App: If you have an eGift card, redeem it through the Shell Mobile App. Here’s how:
- Activate your reward in the app or online.
- When you’re ready to pay, scan the barcode displayed on your eGift card using the Shell app.
- The value of the eGift card will be applied to your purchase.
- Pay any remaining balance using your preferred payment method.
Remember these key points:
- Shell Go+ Members can use rewards on a maximum of five individual transactions each calendar day.
- You can use more than one reward type in a single transaction, as long as they are different reward types.
- Fuel rewards cannot be combined in a single transaction.
- If you have multiple fuel rewards, the one expiring first will be applied.
- A member benefit and fuel partner discount can be used together in a single transaction.
