How to Redeem:

Visit Tangs outlet at either Tang Plaza (238864) or Vivocity (098585). Before making any merchandise selection, approach Customer Service counter (Level 3/4 at Tang Plaza (or) Level 1 at Vivocity).

1. Open the eVoucher
2. Press "CLICK TO REDEEM”
3. Click “ ACCEPT”.
4. You will be prompted to key in your mobile number to receive an OTP
5. Enter OTP
6. Once correct OTP is entered, the gift card will appear, click on “view code & Pin”
7. Please share with the representative the Code and PIN for validation.
8. Once approved, you will be given a Physical Tangs Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits. Use this Physical Tangs Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point.
