To view your gift card balance, visit your account on adidas.com. Purchases are deducted from your gift card balance. If a purchase exceeds your gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards. A maximum of five (5) gift cards may be redeemed on one order.

Gift cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods provided by adidas at a physical adidas store or on adidas.com. Eligible goods are subject to change in adidas’ sole discretion.

Your adidas gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or to purchase items from Yeezy drops or other limited edition drops. Gift cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of adidas stores or adidas.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law); or used in a manner otherwise for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Unless specifically provided, adidas gift cards are not redeemable at miteam.com, yeezysupply.com, or y-3.com.

No fees apply to gift cards. adidas reserves the right to require additional verification of your identity, gift card, account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument before you are able to apply a gift card to a purchase.

Your gift card will not expire as long as there is value remaining on the gift card. You can use it anytime. Any remaining value that is left on your gift card will be stored and available for your next purchase.
