CryoFall is a survival video game developed by AtomicTorch Studio and released by Daedalic Entertainment in 2021 for Windows, Linux, and macOS. Travel to the technologically advanced future and fight side by side with other players for survival on an alien planet.
Story
The colonization of faraway planets always bears the risk that something might go wrong. This time it just happened, and you are one of the many survivors who have to confront a different reality. In a world completely alien to humanity, use your survival crafting skills to fight for life and establish a new colony.
Gameplay
Fight for survival alone in PvE mode or join other players and prove yourself at PvP! CryoFall is an MMORPG that you can play just the way you enjoy. Start with base building! Create simple tools and equipment to develop technology that will be essential in this alien world. Build shelters, construct simple buildings and join forces with other players. Create a settlement that will turn into a well-functioning city. Collect resources, develop infrastructure, and engage in survival crafting to produce more and better together!
Take care of the food! Plant crops to ensure you have a longer supply of food. Explore the open world and look for the remains of the previous inhabitants of the planet. Discover ruins, investigate secrets and find valuable resources and items. Invent vehicles that will allow you to travel faster, further, and easier.
Bet on energy! Extract crude oil and build generators to enjoy the benefits of electricity. It will allow you to continue technological development, build factories and produce better and better tools and equipment. Including weapons and military equipment! It may prove necessary in brutal PvP battles with other players who will be equipped with the highest-quality weapons.
Regardless of whether you are interested in fierce battles, technological development, or a game with economic elements - in the CryoFall game you will quickly find your dream profession. Play a team game, share the responsibilities and together create the most effective colony this brutal and unwelcoming world has ever seen!
