The Differences Between Real-time and Turn-based Strategy

A turn-based strategy game is a specific type of strategy game, where gameplay revolves around taking actions in turns by all the players who participate in the game session, as opposed to real-time games, where all players play simultaneously. By giving each player an equal amount of time to think about his or her next move, turn-based strategy games emphasize the use of actual strategy.

The aliens are vicious and you’ll need to use a clever strategy to defeat them. Make good use of your equipment and the environment, but be careful out there – once one of your soldiers is down, he’s down for good.
