Dynasty Warriors Origins is another hack-and-slash installment in the widely popular Dynasty Warriors series by Omega Force. Set in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms universe, the story follows a nameless hero as he fights on the divided China's battlefields. Will he and other characters be able to unite the states of Shu Han, Wu, and Wei?
Story
Like other titles in the series, the story unfolds within the Romance of the Three Kingdoms universe. The new chapter follows the actions of a nameless hero trying to find his way in a world of brutal conflicts and constant wars between the torn sides of the fighting China.
Gameplay
The new Dynasty Warriors title is a unique combination of hack-and-slash mechanics with strategic and RPG sequences. The player's task is to fight and command units on the battlefield. What sets this title apart from others is that when your army fails, you must stand alone against thousands of enemy units.
This wargame challenge involves gaining allies. The more alliances you forge, the better your chances on the battlefield, so using your tactical sense is one of the most crucial parts of this demanding experience. All this becomes even more exciting thanks to spectacular 3D graphics in 4K resolution. Compared to previous installments, the new Dynasty Warriors truly captivates, regardless of whether you are a long-time fan of the series or not.
