There are 3 options you can choose to refill your account with a voucher:
Dial *114*
- Then your 14 digit voucher number, then # with no spaces between, as if you were making a call. Example: [*114*][14-digit voucher number][#]
- Press the Call or Send button.
- Please note that this service is not available with Windows phones.
Call *868
- Call *868 from your phone and you'll be immediately directed to the appropriate menu.
Log into My Account on fido.ca and enter your 14-digit secret number
- Access the Refill Now button via the Overview page in My Account.
- Then select the Redeem Voucher option.
- Enter the 14-digit code that appears on your receipt when prompted.
