Redeeming code on PC
Method 1 (Arc Client)
1.Download and log into the Arc Client
2.Click on the gear icon located on the top right of the client
3.Select “Activate a Product” and enter your code
4.Log into the game and complete the tutorial if you have not done so
5.Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave
Method 2 (website)
1.Go to https://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem/ (make sure you are logged into the website!)
2.Enter code in the Code field and Submit
3.Log into the game and complete the tutorial if you have not done so
4.Reward can be claimed at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave
