- Validity Period Extension: If you haven’t used your gift certificate, you can apply for an extension up to 1 day before the expiration date. Extensions can be granted in increments of 93 days, up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issuance date. - Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel or refund an unused gift certificate, you must contact the Soda Gift Customer Center at support@sodagift.com. Please note that refunds for expired vouchers can be requested within 5 years of the original issue date, with a maximum refund of 90% of the purchase amount.
