NBA 2K27 | Deluxe Edition (PC) - Steam Key - GLOBAL

NBA 2K27 is scheduled to launch worldwide on Friday, September 4, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2. Deluxe and Ultra Edition owners can get early access starting August 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT, though the publisher notes that early access availability may vary by region and time zone.

NBA 2K27 is built for current-generation hardware only: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC through Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2. This is reportedly the first mainline NBA 2K entry without a last-generation console version, so no PlayStation 4 or Xbox One release is planned.

Three editions have been announced. The Standard Edition centers on cover athlete Victor Wembanyama and is planned across all four platforms. The Deluxe Edition features Caitlin Clark, the first WNBA player to headline a global premium edition, and is planned for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with bonus virtual currency and MyCAREER and MyTEAM content. The Ultra Edition is a limited-time, digital-only edition featuring Derrick Rose, also planned for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Suggested retail pricing has been listed at 69.99 USD for Standard, 99.99 USD for Deluxe, and 149.99 USD for Ultra, though actual pricing can vary by storefront and region.

Reporting indicates that NBA 2K26 owners who pre-order the NBA 2K27 Ultra Edition on the same platform may be eligible for a loyalty discount of around 10 percent through the relevant platform store, generally limited to one redemption per platform account and tied to a pre-launch window. Terms and eligibility can vary, so it is worth confirming current conditions before purchase.

Victor Wembanyama appears on the Standard Edition following his Defensive Player of the Year recognition, Caitlin Clark headlines the Deluxe Edition, and Derrick Rose is the featured athlete on the limited-time Ultra Edition, honoring his history as one of the youngest NBA MVPs.

Reveal coverage points to reworked defensive systems and smarter AI shot contests, a redesigned dynamic Dunk Meter, thousands of new animations covering layups and dribbling, and new shot-blocking and collision systems intended to make on-court contact feel more physical. The game reportedly continues to use motion-capture-driven ProPLAY animation technology.

MyCAREER is said to introduce a multi-chapter cinematic story and a new MyCAREER Eras feature that lets players begin their journey in one of several historical NBA periods rather than only the current league. Co-Op MyCAREER and a recreated Rucker Park setting for streetball-style play have also been detailed.

MyTEAM changes reportedly include a unified Auction House spanning supported current-generation platforms, a new Player XP progression system, an expanded Exchange system for trading player cards, rotating online multiplayer modes, and new card parallel and progression mechanics.

MyNBA is said to add a long-term franchise mode that locks players into a chosen athlete while also managing the front office across a much longer league timeline, alongside a broad set of roster and league-management updates such as expanded free agency, updated Collective Bargaining Agreement mechanics, and No-Trade Clauses.

Available reporting suggests cross-play is limited to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with cross-progression not expected across different console families. Official platform-by-platform confirmation from the publisher should be checked closer to launch, since final details can change.

Published minimum specifications point to 64-bit Windows 10, a processor supporting AVX2 such as an Intel Core i5-9400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400, 8 GB of RAM, and a GTX 1060 or RX 5500 XT class graphics card with DirectX 12 feature-level support. Recommended specifications point to an Intel Core i5-10600 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, 16 GB of RAM, and an RTX 2070, RX 5700, or Arc A770 class graphics card.
