What is Warframe?

Warframe is a Sci-Fi, Free-2-Play shooter developed by Digital Extremes. Are you ready for the unmatched adventure? Wear powerful warframes, futuristic combat suits, and control your character (Tenno) from the third-person perspective. Choose from different warframes (character classes) and various fancy and advanced upgrades as you become stronger. Experience futuristic space ninja adventure and enjoy amazing sword fights. Warframe features co-op missions for up to four players. 

Outside the missions, players move on their own spaceship, launching new missions, or buying new equipment. If you want, you can also make yourself popular with one of the numerous factions in the universe by fighting for this faction. You can upgrade your weapons, gear, and warframes (Tenno's armour) with card-like upgrades, mods (called mods). 

Each Warframe offers its wearer unique benefits and features. Weapons and Warframes can be bought in a shop, or built by blueprints in the foundry, provided you have the necessary resources. Missions can be selected by solar system map. There are various mission modes such as extermination, defence, capture, rescue, excavation, survival, espionage, assassinations, and sabotage. The missions award resources, credits, and useful upgrades.
