Story

Europe is devastated by violent conflict and the Black Death. Taking advantage of humanity's weakness, vampires emerge from hiding and seize power in the gothic, fictional kingdom of Vale Sangora, nestled in the Carpathian Mountains, while other creatures once dismissed as legends begin appearing across the land. Players take the role of Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker and forced to exist between humanity and vampirism. With his family's time running out, Coen must use both sides of his nature to rescue them, seeking revenge, uncovering ancient secrets, forming unexpected alliances, and deciding how much of his humanity he is prepared to sacrifice.
