Cities: Skylines is a city-building game developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive. The player’s task in the game is to create and manage a bustling metropolis, developing it and tending to the needs of the citizen. The Complete Edition includes the core game and two DLC packs.  

City-wide gameplay

Cities: Skylines's core mechanics revolve around building and managing the city. The player starts with a small plot of land connected to the highway, where they can place first constructions. As the city grows in numbers, the player can make new buildings and upgrade already existing ones to meet the needs of the populace.  

Cities: Skylines Complete Edition content

In Complete Edition, the player can enjoy two downloadable content packs – After Dark and Snowfall. The former introduces new buildings connected to the city’s nightlife – a casino, a luxurious hotel, and settings expanding tourism and leisure. In Snowfall, the player will be able to add winter-themed locations to the city, as well as trams as a mode of transportation.

Reception

Cities Skylines for PC received positive reviews from the critics for its detailed options of customizing the player’s metropolis and a plethora of modifications that the player can add to their gameplay.
