How to redeem:
A V/GC can be used on the site https://www.nextearth.io/ for buying land. The owner can make a purchase by redeeming it, within its validity up to the issuing value indicated on the V/GC. First redemption can be made on 12/24/2022.
- V/GC are for a one-time buy only. Once you complete a purchase using any of them, it will immediately expire independent of the value of the transaction.
- One person is only entitled to use 1 voucher / gift card within a year.
- Vouchers / gift cards have their value in United States dollars (USD). However, they can be sold in any currency.
- V/GC cannot be combined with any other rebates or campaigns. V/GC are excluded from marketplace transactions and transactions for POI-d land tiles (land with recommendation and / or listed).
- The ownership of the V/GC can be freely transferred to anyone. The person having the V/GC in his / her possession shall be deemed to be the owner of it. The issuer does not investigate the true ownership of the V/GC.
- V/GC are valid through 1 year from the date of purchase, but do not expire sooner than 12/24/2023. Any prolonging is not possible.
- V/GC cannot be returned, switched or exchanged for money, specific substitute for money or V/GC of any kind. Once their expiration period is over, any unused V/GC expires, Next Earth does not provide any way of prolongation, nor reinstatement.
- Next Earth rejects any responsibility for any damages caused by the V/GC being lost, stolen or taken by a 3rd person. By using the V/GC, the User automatically accepts the terms and conditions of Next Earth and those of the V/GC. If the V/GC are issued by or used with a 3rd party, its respective regulations also apply.
