Risk of Rain 2: Survivors of the Void

Survivors of the Void is the first expansion for well-known indie action roguelike, Risk of Rain 2. The Void has opened and now its corrupting power and terrifying inhabitants are let loose upon Petrichor V. Face them either alone or with the company of your friends and unlock many new items and powers while visiting new and exciting stages! The downloadable content of Survivors of the Void is available for all the players in the lobby even if only one player owns the DLC. But what exactly can you expect from Risk of Rain 2: Survivors of the Void?

New Survivors

Survivors of the Void adds two new Survivors to the game. One is Railgunner, who specializes in slow but precise shots from a long-range that deal devastating damage. Positioning and timing are key factors in mastering this character. The other one is Void Fiend, who harnesses the very corruption from the Void and must learn how to balance controlling and unleashing his powers. Movement and barrage of beams and missiles are his characteristics.

New items

The Void brings corruption that you can use against it. Besides many new regular items, you can acquire Void versions that alter all other versions of that item, changing its properties. Some attacks that were once good against crowds of enemies now work better on a single target and vice versa. Spice up your game like never before!

New enemies and stages

You will need those new Survivors and items in a fight against many new powerful and deadly enemies, hulking monsters corrupted by the Void. Take the fight to them in the new unique and diverse stages full of beautiful waterfalls or deadly pools of sulfur.
