How to Redeem:
Visit Tangs outlet at either Tang Plaza (238864) or Vivocity (098585). Before making any merchandise selection, approach Customer Service counter (Level 3/4 at Tang Plaza (or) Level 1 at Vivocity).
- Open the eVoucher
- Press "CLICK TO REDEEM”
- Click “ ACCEPT”.
- You will be prompted to key in your mobile number to receive an OTP
- Enter OTP
- Once correct OTP is entered, the gift card will appear, click on “view code & Pin”
- Please share with the representative the Code and PIN for validation.
- Once approved, you will be given a Physical Tangs Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits. Use this Physical Tangs Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point.
