Be mindful that everything the civilisation of the players choosing achieves throughout millennia might also bring unsatisfactory outcomes to the galaxy, just as technological and warfare advancements can in the real world.
Game modes
In the Fermi paradox video game, the player's role is to be the Gardener, or in other words, a kind of a god with a single task - to guide up to 10 civilisations according to the developers of the game. The civilisations of aliens and intelligent life will develop independently. However, during critical events, the player will have to decide how the events in the galaxy will shape. There are around 400 different events, which have their own story and consequences on the game environment. As this is a strategy and choice driven simulation of world creation, the aftermath of each playthrough may be individual.
Storyline and Characters
