Battle Cry of Freedom (PC) - Steam Key - GLOBAL

Battle Cry of Freedom is a multiplayer player-versus-player video game, developed by Flying Squirrel Entertainment, and released in 2022 on PC. The game combines elements of a shooter and an RTS game, providing a unique and realistic experience. During the game, players choose their side of the conflict and fight in big-scale battles with up to 250 players on each side. The game received many positive reviews from players all over the world, applauding the level of realism and well-designed gameplay mechanics.

Play Your Part in the Civil War

The game focuses on picturing the reality of the American Civil War and it allows you to fully experience it. It's worth mentioning that the game was developed with attention to historical details, which is visible in the uniforms design, weaponry, sounds, etc. Players should not forget that the Civil War took place in the 19th century, and battles were much more 'personal' than modern-day conflicts - reloading your weapon after a single shot will give your enemy more enough time to pierce you with a bayonet.

The Battlefield is Your Sandbox

In Battle Cry of Freedom the battlefield changes with each shot. Players can freely create trenches all over the map, each construction can be destroyed by the artillery, and every tree can fall - it can even kill you! Every battlefield is a sandbox that can be shaped by players fighting on it.

A Rich Arsenal of Weapons

Despite technological limitations, the Civil War featured many deadly and devastating weapons. BCoF allows players to choose from over 120different types of weapons and ammunition, including swords, axes, pistols, rifles, and more. The game also has 20 types of artillery to choose from!

Up Close and Personal

During the encounters, you will very often find yourself fighting with your enemy face-to-face. Reloading your weapons will most likely take several precious seconds and your enemies won't wait until you reload. The game features simple, yet difficult to master close combat mechanics, inspired by games like Mount & Blade: Warband. Make use of your bayonet and fight the enemy in intense duels.

Become the Commander

The game allows you to take the role of a Commander and lead your AI squad to victory. Commander Battles will put your tactical skills to the test in big-scale conflicts with up to 800 AI-controlled bots. Prove that a good tactic is superior to a blunt force.

Fully Customizable Uniforms

You decide how you want to wear your uniform. Choose from different types of coats, hats, boots, military jackets, and more. Even though it's the 19th century it doesn't mean you have to look exactly like everyone else.
