Story

In Mortuary Assistant, you take the role of a young woman who begins her job as a mortuary assistant at River Fields Mortuary. A job that many would deem creepy and unpleasant becomes downright horrifying as you are informed you are possessed by a demon and cannot leave. Keeping demons at bay lands on your to-do list alongside extracting blood and sawing jaws shut. Have a pleasant night!

Gameplay

The Mortuary Assistant is a first-person survival horror that builds its atmosphere through unnerving visuals and eerie sound design. You are tasked with tasks typical to mortuary work such as balsaming corpses or draining blood. Along the way, you'll be seeking clues about the past of River Fields Mortuary and finding a way to banish the demon. Most tasks you perform are rather simple interactions with objects, reading notes and listening to dialogues.
