Story
Welcome to Edo Period in Japan. Sakamoto Ryoma travels to the city of Kyo to bring his father's murderer to justice. Although the protagonist is a novice samurai, he soon learns about an unknown fighting style to get involved in an intrigue that will determine the entire country's fate. But to understand his place in this changing world, he must first uncover the mysteries of Kyo.
Gameplay
Like a Dragon: Ishin is a single-player fast-paced action RPG with beat'em up elements featuring the historically inspired adventures of the heroic Sakamoto Ryoma. Explore a country preparing for a mighty revolution and decide how your legend will grow! Start the campaign and venture into the open world to develop your fighting skills. You will start with modest weapons to gradually acquire better swords and guns. You can also use four challenging combat styles to learn new attacks and develop your fighting skills.
As in all successful installations in the series, the Ishin game features many plots and thrilling side activities. If Yakuza mini-games have always been your favorite part of the game, you will love these 19th-century entertainments. You can have fun singing karaoke, dancing, participating in cock races, or gambling. Those who want peace can fish, chop wood, or work in the shop. Like a Dragon: Ishin! is an addictive gameplay providing extremely dynamic combat and engaging side missions, set in smooth graphics surpassing the experience of previous installations.
